Shipping & Delivery
Delivery coverage, timing, fees and inspection at the door.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Nahrayn prepares, ships, and delivers orders across Iraq. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Full inspection, acceptance, return, and refund rules are set out in the Nahrayn Return Policy.
1 Delivery Coverage
Nahrayn delivers to supported cities, districts, and regions within Iraq. Availability can depend on your governorate, city, district, or neighborhood, courier coverage, road access, security and weather conditions, regional restrictions, address accuracy, and product availability.
Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may need extra time or may not be eligible for delivery. The app will normally show whether delivery is available to your selected location before you complete the order.
2 Order Confirmation
After you place an order, Nahrayn may review and confirm details such as product availability, your selected sizes, colors, and quantities, your name and phone number, the delivery location, the order value, and cash-on-delivery eligibility. An order is not fully confirmed until Nahrayn accepts it for processing.
Nahrayn may contact you by phone, SMS, notification, or WhatsApp to confirm the order or request more information. If we cannot reach you to confirm, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
3 Processing and Delivery Times
Processing time is the period needed to prepare your order before it is handed to the courier — confirming availability, quality checks, packaging, and assigning a courier. It is separate from delivery time. Custom, made-to-order, or high-demand items may need extra preparation.
The estimated delivery time shown in the app is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment or deadline; orders may arrive earlier or later. Delays can happen because of high order volume, courier capacity, public holidays and religious occasions, severe weather, road closures, security conditions, incorrect delivery information, difficulty reaching you, or other events outside Nahrayn's reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to update you if a significant delay occurs.
A delay does not by itself entitle you to free delivery, compensation, or a discount unless Nahrayn has announced such a program.
4 Delivery Charges
The delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order and may vary by governorate, city or district, distance, courier, order size or weight, special handling, and any delivery-speed option. You must review and accept it before submitting the order.
Because the delivery fee pays for a transport service that is actually performed, it is generally non-refundable — for example on a change of mind, an unsuitable size or color, a product you no longer want, or a return for those reasons. On a partial acceptance for these reasons, the full delivery fee remains payable.
The exception is a Nahrayn Error — a product that arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect through Nahrayn's fault. In that case the delivery fee is refunded, or Nahrayn arranges a free replacement or free redelivery, as set out in the Return Policy. If you decline an entire order at the door, no delivery fee is owed, whatever the reason.
5 Cash on Delivery
Unless another payment method is offered in the app, orders are paid in cash on delivery. Please prepare the expected amount before the courier arrives; courier change is not guaranteed.
The final amount is calculated from the products you accept plus the applicable delivery fee and any charges disclosed at checkout. Confirm the final amount before handing over cash. Never pay a courier's personal account or use an unofficial payment method, and never pay for a product you declined.
6 Inspection at Delivery
When your order arrives, you will have a reasonable period — normally up to 10 minutes — to check it before paying. This is a visual and label check: confirm the items match your order, check sizes, colors, and quantities against the labels, and look for visible damage. It is not a try-on session, and products must be handled carefully with tags and seals intact.
You may accept the whole order, accept only some items, or decline items you do not want. You are charged only for what you accept, plus the delivery fee. Declined items go back with the courier and need no separate return request. The courier cannot exchange an item at the door — to get a different size, color, or product, place a new order.
The full inspection rules and the conditions for returning an accepted product later are set out in the Nahrayn Return Policy.
7 Receiving Your Order
You, or an adult you authorize, must be available at the delivery address to check the order, decide what to accept, and pay. If someone receives the order on your behalf, their acceptance or refusal is treated as your decision. Orders should be received and paid for by an adult; Nahrayn may decline to hand over an order to someone who cannot inspect it, understand the payment, or confirm receipt.
For delivery to a workplace, shop, or other public place, you are responsible for ensuring the location allows deliveries, that you can meet the courier, and that there is space for a reasonable inspection. Couriers are not required to leave shipments with receptionists, guards, or neighbors unless you authorize it.
8 Delivery Address and Contact Details
You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address — governorate, city, district, neighborhood, street, building, floor or apartment, a nearby landmark, recipient name, a working Iraqi phone number, and a location pin where possible — and keep your phone active while the order is out for delivery. Nahrayn is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address or contact information.
Address or phone changes may be possible before dispatch but are not guaranteed afterward, and may change the fee, delay the order, or require a new order.
9 Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Nahrayn or its courier may make one or more reasonable delivery attempts but does not guarantee multiple attempts. An attempt may be unsuccessful if you cannot be reached, are not at the location, the address cannot be found, you lack the required payment, you refuse the delivery fee, or access is unsafe.
If delivery fails because of incorrect information or your actions, Nahrayn may reschedule, apply an additional delivery fee, return or cancel the order, or restrict future cash-on-delivery orders. Repeated last-minute cancellations or postponements may lead to the same restrictions.
10 Refusing an Entire Order
You may decline all products during inspection. If you accept nothing, no delivery fee is owed, whether the refusal is due to a Nahrayn Error or a change of mind. Repeatedly ordering and refusing entire shipments without a reasonable basis may be treated as misuse and may lead to account restrictions.
11 Split Shipments, Missing and Unavailable Products
Nahrayn may split an order into more than one shipment for operational reasons, and you may receive separate updates for each. Any additional delivery charge for a split that Nahrayn chooses to make will be disclosed; Nahrayn will not add an undisclosed second delivery fee simply because it split your order.
You are never charged for a product that was not delivered or that became unavailable. A missing or unavailable item may be shipped separately, delayed, removed from the amount due, or cancelled. Please report any discrepancy before the courier leaves whenever possible.
12 Order Tracking
You can follow available updates in the app. Statuses may include confirmed, processing, ready for dispatch, shipped, in transit, out for delivery, partially delivered, delivered, declined, returned, or cancelled. Tracking may not update instantly because of courier scans and system synchronization.
13 Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order reaches a stage where it is no longer operationally possible — generally once preparation has started, a personalized item is in production, or the order has been handed to the courier or is out for delivery. If cancellation is not possible, you may inspect the order on arrival and accept or decline it.
Nahrayn may cancel an order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, incorrect or unverifiable customer information, an unsupported location, safety concerns, or suspected fraud. Because payment is collected on delivery, cancelled products are not charged.
14 Holidays and High-Demand Periods
Orders placed during or near Eid, Ramadan, Muharram and other major religious occasions, national holidays, major promotions, or during severe weather or regional disruptions may take longer. Please place time-sensitive orders early.
15 Responsibility for the Order
Responsibility for an accepted product passes to you once it has been offered for inspection, accepted, paid for, and recorded as delivered. A product declined before payment remains the responsibility of Nahrayn or its courier.
16 Complaints, Misuse, and Fraud
Please report delivery problems through Nahrayn's official support channels with your order number, registered phone number, delivery date, a description of the issue, and any photos or video. Treat couriers and staff respectfully; Nahrayn may refuse service for threats, abuse, deliberate time-wasting, attempts to avoid paying for accepted products, false claims, or fraud.
Nahrayn may investigate and may restrict, suspend, or close accounts linked to false delivery or missing-product claims, attempts to keep declined products, product substitution during inspection, repeated unjustified refusals, multiple accounts used to avoid restrictions, or theft and deliberate damage.

18 Changes to This Policy
Nahrayn may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy to reflect operational, courier, geographic, legal, or business changes. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, unless a later change is required by law.
