Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Nahrayn account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately once you confirm.
- Open the Nahrayn app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. You'll be asked to verify with a code sent to your phone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with.
Send to support@nahrayn.com with the subject Account deletion request.
We may ask you to verify that the request comes from the account owner before we act on it.

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your coupons, wishlist and cart
- Your profile photo
- Your support conversations and any photos or files in them
What is kept, and why
Some records are kept after deletion because we are required to, or because they no longer identify you:
- Order and transaction records are retained for up to seven years for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Your name, phone number and address are removed from them.
- Return and refund records are kept on the same basis, with personal details removed.
- Product reviews you posted may remain visible on the product page, shown without your name.
- Backups may briefly retain deleted data until they are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days of us verifying the request.
Deleting the Nahrayn app from your device does not delete your account.
